Sarah Owens is the recipient of a Fulbright-Garcia Robles award and will be an English teaching assistant in Mexico for the 2015-16 academic year. She will be living in Tula de Allende in the state of Hidalgo and will work with students at the Universidad Tecnológica de Tula-Tepeji.

Sarah is from Davis, CA and she graduated from Scripps College in Claremont, CA with a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis and Hispanic Studies.
